Anthony McIntosh has more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, strategy and sales, including Direct Selling. His consulting background, combined with years working inside organizations, gives him a unique perspective on addressing issues. He has worked for or within small, medium and Fortune 500 companies. His knowledge, experiences and core competencies cut across different industries as well as functions within an organization.
Anthony earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and attended Virginia Military Institute as an undergraduate.

Tricia Smith has over 30 years in the Direct Selling industry in three distinct roles: business owner; designer, developer and leader of national education and training programs for several of the industry's most successful companies; and, consultant. A master teacher herself, her knowledge and skills in all areas of personal and professional development are of the highest caliber.
